About Me!
I'm Sarah, a Counselling Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor.
I qualified as a counsellor in 2012 and have worked with various organisations including the NHS, Mind, Samaritans, and a substance misuse charity.
I've also worked in primary schools and GP surgeries and have been in private practice since 2013.
My experience covers areas such as complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and abuse.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I adapt my approach to suit each individual client, ensuring the therapy fits their unique needs. My practice is based at my home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Plymouth, with plenty of parking and good lighting.
I enjoy spending my spare time with my beautiful Labrador dog Max, I regularly practice Yoga, Pilates and various activities at the Gym.
Availability & Prices
I offer appointments Monday to Friday
I charge £40 an hour for Counselling
I charge £45 an hour for Clinical Supervision
My appointments vary between Zoom and face-to-face meetings to best suit your needs!
